Cookie Policy
Last updated: 30 June 2026
Cookies are small files a website can store on your device. They can also include similar technologies like local storage. This page explains what this website (steadyhand.app) does, which is very little.
1. Does this Site use cookies?
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not track you across other sites. On your first visit the Site shows a consent banner. Only if you choose “Accept” do we load a privacy-friendly analytics tool (Plausible) to count visits. Plausible is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not build a profile of you. If you choose “Reject”, no analytics loads. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
2. Third-party requests
To display correctly, the Site loads a few resources from third parties. These do not track you for advertising, but you should be aware of them:
| Provider | Why it loads | What it can involve |
|---|---|---|
| Google Fonts | Web fonts used across the Site | Your IP address is sent to Google to deliver the font files. Google states it does not use this to identify you for ads. |
| Tailwind CDN | Page styling | Your IP address is sent to the CDN to deliver the stylesheet. |
| Plausible Analytics | Aggregate visit counts, only after you accept | Cookieless. Counts page views without cookies, personal data, or profiles. Loads only with your consent. |
| Hosting / CDN (e.g. GitHub or Cloudflare) | Serving and securing the Site | Standard server logs and, in some cases, an essential security cookie set by the provider. |
| Calendly | Only if you open the demo booking | Calendly may set its own cookies on its booking page. See Calendly’s cookie notice. |
If you would prefer to avoid the font and styling requests entirely, we can self-host those assets so nothing loads from third parties. Contact us if that matters to you.
3. How to control cookies
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse third-party cookies. Doing so will not break this Site. For help, see your browser’s documentation or aboutcookies.org.
4. Changes
We will update this page if our use of cookies changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
